Donations
Got some extra stuff?
Are looking to downsize and not sure what to do with all your stuff? How about donating it to a great cause? Family Life Thrift Store would be honored to accept your “stuff.” We have a list of needs and priorities, but we are also happy to accept things that are maybe not on the list, too! We only have a few things we are not able to accept.
If you cannot drop your stuff off at our store location, we would be more than happy to schedule a pick-up. Call 701-373-0052. Currently we have one truck driving throughout the community making pick-ups at various locations. All your donated goods are tax-deductible as we are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Please consult your tax adviser for assistance in determining the value of your donated items. This IRS Publication may also be helpful.
Monetary Donations:
Consider making a donation to our ministry. In order to better serve our community, we rely on monetary donations as well as merchandise. Your monetary donations will stay within this community and be added to our Family Life Thrift Store Benevolence Fund. This fund is in place to help families that are struggling to make ends meet. As funds are available we have the ability to meet the core needs of families and individuals in our community. In some instances, we are able to buy groceries for someone in need, subsidize a rent payment for a single parent, purchase school supplies for a student, sponsor a child with milk money and so much more.
Stop in to read stories of how your money could impact or has impacted the lives of individuals in our community.
There are many needs in our community; help us meet those needs in Jesus’ name.
